Voice of Hope has always been about helping voices grow — and voices grow at every stage of life. For adults recovering from a stroke, learning to live with a neurological condition, or seeking clearer, more confident speech, we're here.
The name "Voice of Hope" carries a meaning we've held from the start: every voice deserves a chance to grow. For adults, that growth often means reclaiming — bringing back words that stroke took away, rebuilding the muscles that Parkinson's has quieted, finding clearer speech after brain injury, or shaping a voice that reflects who you truly are.
Our adult services are built on the same principles that guide our pediatric work: personalized care, evidence-based therapy, family-inclusive when appropriate, and a genuine belief that meaningful progress is possible at any age and at any stage.

Learn more →Every adult client's journey is unique. What matters is not where you're starting — it's where you want to go, and what parts of life you want to reclaim. Some clients come to us months or years after a stroke, told they'd plateaued, ready for a fresh evaluation and a new plan. Others come newly diagnosed, wondering what to do next. Some come simply wanting a clearer voice for work, or wanting to feel more confident when they speak. All are welcome.
Sessions are individual, 45–60 minutes, tailored to your goals. Family and communication partners are always welcome when helpful. We prioritize functional gains — the ability to have a conversation with a spouse, order at a restaurant, tell a grandchild a story, present at work — over abstract test scores. Real life is where therapy has to work.
We are currently in the process of contracting with Medicare and major insurance plans. Please call us to check the latest status. In the meantime, we offer straightforward cash-pay options and provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Whether you're a stroke survivor, a spouse or adult child of someone who needs help, or a professional seeking clearer speech — call or email us. We'd love to talk.
